This Nationally recognised certificate III in business (BSB30115) enables the learner to gain a wide variety of skills needed to join the business job market. Graduates may apply for such roles as, Customer Service Agents, Data Entry Operators, General Clerks, Payroll Officers, Typists and Word Processing Operators


Assessment is the process of collecting evidence and making judgements about the extent to which a person demonstrates the knowledge and skills set out in the standards or learning outcomes of a unit of competency. To minimise stress our Trainers will make sure assessments are conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Each unit is assessed individually ,using inclass activities, case studies, questions and answers.

Entry Requirements:

There are no prerequisites for this course, however if the learner has not completed year 10 it is advised that they gain relevant literacy and numeracy skills through formal education

Qualification Requirements:

Students who enrol in this qualification and do not complete all units will be awarded a statement of attainment for units where competency has been met. The full BSB30115 Certificate III in business will only be awarded to students who have completed all twelve (12) units
